If you are going to have your au pair drive as part of her responsibilities, there are some things you need to consider before she gets behind the wheel. You will want to review the driving information on her application, ask detailed questions during the interview process, and understand that roads, cars and rules of the road are different in the U.S. Once she arrives, review important safety information with her and take her out driving.
