I have been a proud member of the Cultural Care Au Pair family since 1999. As the Senior Vice President of Cultural Care Au Pair, I work with all departments within the organization in maintaining oversight of the program from a servicing and regulatory perspective. I work closely with the U.S. Department of State as we maintain the highest levels of compliance while providing the very best customer service to all program participants. I am committed to working with program participants and Cultural Care representatives worldwide to provide insight, guidance, and support as they navigate their way through this cultural exchange program.
Originally from Massachusetts, I graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a degree in English. I developed a love for international travel and cultural exchange during my time as an exchange student through an Oxford University program in England. As a former childcare provider and exchange student myself, I have a passion for cultural exchange and a commitment to the safety and well-being of children. Due to significant bilateral hearing loss since childhood, I am grateful for the advancements in hearing aid technology as it has allowed me to continue to pursue my additional passions for communication and cross-cultural understanding. By speaking with families, au pairs, and LCCs every single day, I am able to understand their perspective and share their insight with larger audiences through my Nat Chat column.
